Killing Hunters With One Shot Each

Their eyesight isn't that great. Give them a wide berth and using cover, flank them slightly to either side. Watch them as they look for you. Using a sniper rifle, shoot them on the brown, exposed skin on their backs. One shot will take them down, even on Legendary.
