I found this one by accident. The only recognizable animal left in the Kingdom of Man is the crow - and you'll see them throughout the game. They leave you alone and seem to be there to add ambience. However, while riding around on Ruin I accidentally ran one over - and it gave me health. Whoa! If you need a little boost, take out a few of these birds and it'll do just the trick. Read More
Ride Ruin for 100 miles to unlock this achievement. Best place to do this is in the Ashlands. Revisit the area where you killed the first ash worm. Give Ruin a good workout by running in a wide circle - you can use something to hold the Left directional stick slightly to the left while you go do something else. You will eventually pop this achievement with a lot of patience. Read More
There are lots of little shelters where Alan finds ammo, batteries, etc. If the Fallen come after you, try to back into an area where they're forced to line up at the door. Wait for it, then use a flare gun, flash bang or shotgun to take multiple Fallen out at once. Do it just right and get some achievements! Read More
Throughout the game, Alan finds pages from his lost manuscript. Collecting them all will not only earn you an achievement, but reading them gives you an insight into what's happening. Sometimes they even foretell the future, which is both comforting and unnerving at the same time, especially when they predict attacks.
