In order to prepare PS3 owners for the up and coming God Of War III, Sony will be releasing God Of War I and II on Blu-ray for their latest console. This God Of War Collection will be available this holiday season, and will be better than ever.
For $39.99, you can own these newly-enhanced titles. They won’t be your typical PS2 ports, but rather will have sleeker graphics, and they will have a resolution 1280×720. Add that they will run at 60 frames per second and will have an anti-aliasing feature to smooth out visuals and you’ve got yourself a rather fresh gaming experience. Did I mention there will also be trophy support for the games? Yup, you can earn more trophies by playing two of the most well-received PS2 to date.
Think of this as a great chance to get caught up with the series if you’re looking to try God Of War out for the first time, or as a great way to catch up if you’re already a fan.
