Homefront Rides The Pyongyang Express

Okay, being part South Korean (Mom is from Seoul…which means I got Seoul…and I’m superbad! Sorry, couldn’t resist), when I first saw the Pyongyang Express pop up, I thought, “WTF? Isn’t that in North Korea…home of Dumb Jong-Stupid?”

Pyongyang Express is the latest food truck to hit the streets of L.A. and San Francisco (for GDC) and not only do they serve up what looks to be quite tasty Korean-fusion fare, they’re also serving up a heaping helping of irony mixed with a dash of “GOTCHA!”.

Along with their catchphrase, “Subsidized Good Food for a Better America”, and low low pricing of their food (NOTHING is priced over $2.00), people are starting to take notice…and here’s where they get ya.

It’s not only a food truck, it’s a GAMING truck…a velly, velly sneaky (and BRILLIANT) plan to get you to try out Homefront, THQ’s new first-person shooter, on the truck’s built in 360 consoles

NOTE: IF YOU ARE ATTENDING GDC, FIND THE TRUCK AND SHOW YER MEDIA BADGE FOR A COUPLE FREE TACOS!

Pyongyang Express will have two trucks running (one in SF and one in LA) and will continue to serve in support of Homefront through March 21st.

For find them during GDC or here in L.A., follow them onTwitter or peep their official website

Pew Pew and Chew Chew…it’s the American Waaaaaaaay.

LOL, nice job with the Super Bad reference.
I've heard positive things about these food trucks in my area, one being a Korean BBQ truck, so this sounds very interesting.
