Just found this promotion that xbox live is doing for Silver members with paypal or their credit card listed on their account don't worry if you dont have your card listed or your paypal it gives you the chance to anyways. I have already tested this out myself on a Silver account with my prepaid credit card that had 0.00 it is free. Also it doesn't matter if you have had gold before either. Heres the link. ENJOY!
