Heya, Gamers!
Recently you might have noticed that there has been a buzz about a certain troll well, TROLLING the forums. We’re still working at one site bug at the time, so if you’ve hit the “report” button on a forum post and never heard back, that’s probably why. We’ve got an AWESOME team working out all the kinks every day.
I’m the Community Director – that means I’m your go-to gal for anything community-related. Comments, suggestions, ideas, questions, problems, complaints, etc. That also means that I’m your friendly, neighborhood BANHAMMER.
This experience has actually been a good “troll drill” in that we got a good idea as to how long it takes to identify, address and fix the problem. Usually everyone here is great by default.
If you have concerns regarding another gamer’s use of the forums, inappropriate behavior or if someone is making you feel uncomfortable for ANY reason, please let me know! That goes for solicitation of personal information – remember, anyone can pose as someone else online and you never know who you’re talking to. Please be safe, trust your instincts and if you’re not sure, feel free to talk to me about it. I will always respect your privacy.
